Made by a family in Guerrero, this box has a delicate butterfly painting on the top. The top is domed  and the dimensions are 2.2 inches long, 2 inches in height and almost 1.5 inches deep. It has a simple pin that fits into a hole to close it.

This family who makes these sells at the town’s municipal market, tucked away in one of the hallways with basket vendors and other handmade household goods.
